Viki Ford LLM, BSc, FRSA, FCIPD
is a Group director and additionally director of CoPeople and Managing
Partner of Kingshill Management Consultants.
She has a masters in employment law and was
awarded fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts for her contribution to
equality and diversity in the UK. Viki was HR Policy Director for Xerox
UK with an in-depth background in international compensation, and was
recently Chair of the CBI's Equal Opportunities Specialist Advisory Forum.
Ed Millie BSC (Econ) FCIPD is a
Group director and additionally director of CoPeople, HR Consulting
Associates and HRCA Resourcing.
His academic background is in social sciences,
including postgraduate study in occupational psychology, workplace
counselling, and is an accredited user of psychometric tests. His
personal consultancy work includes employee communications, HR policy
development and remuneration systems. He was previously Director of
Personnel for KPMG.
