Viki Ford LLM, BSc, FRSA, FCIPD
is a Group director and additionally director of CoPeople and Managing
Director of Kingshill Management Consultants.
She has a masters in employment law and was
awarded fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts for her contribution to
equality and diversity in the UK. Viki was HR Policy Director for
Xerox UK with an in-depth background in international compensation, and
was recently Chair of the CBI's Equal Opportunities Specialist Advisory
Forum.
Ed Millie BSC (Econ) Chartered
MCIPD is a
Group director and additionally director of CoPeople, HR Consulting
Associates and HRCA Resourcing.
His academic background is in social sciences
(London School of Economics),
including subsequent postgraduate study in occupational psychology, workplace
counselling, and is an accredited user of psychometric tests. His
personal consultancy expertise includes executive career
development/mentoring, HR policy, employment law (including representing clients in tribunal
claims) & remuneration systems. He was previously Director of
Personnel for KPMG. He is a mentor for LSE alumni & students who are
either in or considering entering the HR profession.
Su Jenkins is an Associate
Director. Su worked as a city solicitor specialising in employment and
discrimination law before becoming head of employment law for Sainsbury's,
a role she had for 10 years. Su is now a part-time Employment Judge
and is also a CEDR and community trained mediator. She was Chair of
the
CBI's Diversity Forum from 2001- 2004, a member of the Disability Rights
Task Force 1997-1999 and a member of the ACAS Council from 2001-2008.
Su works with Kingshill in delivery of
employment law training, and provides guidance at Group level on matters
concerning employment and discrimination law.
